Q. Why do I need to create a customer profile?
There are a couple of reasons.
1. We need to have your contact information, ie. name and email address in case we need to contact you regarding an order.
2. It allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders, review your previous orders and take advantage of our other member's benefits.

Q. What happens if I forget my password?
Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Log In Page. A new temporary password will be emailed to you. Next, log in with the temporary password.
Click on "My Account" , then click "Change My Account Password" and enter the new password of your chosing. You may change your password at any time.
Q. Will my personal information be sold to anyone?
We value your privacy and will not sell your personal information to other companies.

Q. What payment methods and credit cards do you accept?
All transactions are processed by PayPal and PayPal accepts ALL major credit cards. We understand
that some people don't have or want a PayPal account. That's okay! You can use you credit card for your purchase.

2. If you wish to use your credit card, simply select "Continue" on the first PayPal checkout page and fill in your information.
Q. What shipping carriers do you use?
For most orders we use The US Postal Service, 3-5 day ground delivery. Heavy orders may be shipped UPS.
Q. Can I have my order shipped by a faster method?
Yes. Simply choose UPS and select the service you prefer during the checkout process. UPS offers 3 day ground up to Next Day Air delivery!
Q. What happens when I place an order?
Here are the steps that take place when you place your order:
We do not collect or store credit card numbers on this site. All transactions are processed through PayPal.
1. Your order is uploaded into our order system and an order number is assigned.
2. Your products will be picked and packaged into a discreet plain box by one of our crew members.
3. The shipping label will print and will be matched with the order number and will wait on the line for mail pickup.
4. Your order will ship discreetly and no one will know there are adult products in the box.
5. Your tracking number will be uploaded and also emailed to you. To retrieve your tracking information, visit the carrier's website shown on the email we send you (This is usually US Postal Service).
6. You will receive your package in a timely manner by either USPS or UPS.

Q. Is there any US locations you cannot ship products?
All of our products are sold as "Adult Novelties" and can be shipped anywhere in the US with the exception of Adult "Hardcore" DVD products.
Due to laws in local jurisdictions, we cannot ship certain Adult "Hardcore" DVD products to some US locations.
