Shipping:
Items ordered at Angie Jolee's Sex Toys are typically processed within 3 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is placed.
Your order will be shipped discreetly from our fulfillment center in plain, discreet containers.
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail and your package is shipped in USPS packaging.
Occasionally we will ship via UPS and your package is shipped in brown cardboard packaging.
Our packaging NEVER contains our company brand name or logos.
IMPORTANT!
Due to laws in local jurisdictions, we cannot ship Adult "Hardcore" DVD products with a Product ID that begins with "CNV" to some US locations.

Warranty Policy:
Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer and shall prevail.
We will exchange any product purchased from Angie Jolee's Sex Toys that has a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
Return Policy:
1. We cannot accept returns of Sex Toys due to health and safety regulations.
We are happy to replace any product if they are found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, but we do not offer exchanges or refunds for them.
2. We cannot accept returns of DVD's due to ease of copying, we do not accept returns on any of our DVDs if they have been opened.

IMPORTANT! Please keep all the original packaging. It must accompany any product that is returned.
